COPYRIGHT

Cf. Danish Copyright Law §12, copying, selling or even sharing any
pattern purchased on www.unluckyknits.com is illegal.
Systematically selling products made from an Unlucky Knits pattern is likewise illegal.
Unlucky Knits patterns are marked and can be traced, if they are shared in any way.
Violation of copyright law can lead to prosecution.
When purchasing a pattern, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell the knitting pattern or otherwise exploit the copyrighted work made by Unlucky Knits.

PAYMENT

Unlucky Knits accepts online payments with the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL and PayPal. Payment will be deducted after placing an order, as the digital product is sent via email immediately. All prices on the website include VAT.


DELIVERY

The knitting pattern is automatically sent via email, immediately after placing an order. The email contains a link to download the knitting pattern as a .pdf file. It is the customer's responsibility to download the file within 30 days, as stated in the email sent.
The download link will expire after 30 days.
Always take care to ensure that you give the correct email address in your order. If the email address you provide is incorrect, you will not receive your knitting pattern.

WITHDRAWAL (REGRETTING YOUR PURCHASE)


When purchasing digital products / knitting patterns, you agree upon checkout that the 14-day cancellation period for the digital product is null and void, as a digital file cannot be returned.


WARRANTY

There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software and fabrication. Warranty does not cover digital files (knitting patterns) unless the file contains significant errors. Should you find an error in a knitting pattern, please report this to contact@unluckyknits.com as soon as possible. In case a knitting pattern has an error, a new and improved pattern will be sent to everyone who has previously purchased said pattern.


CUSTOMER & PRIVACY POLICY

Unlucky Knits does not resell personal information. In order for you to enter into an agreement (making a purchase) with Unlucky Knits, you are asked to provide the following information:

The registration of your personal information is only for the purpose of delivering the digital product to you. You always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please email contact@unluckyknits.com

www.UNLUCKYKNITS.com automatically collects certain information about your interaction with the site. The data collected may include information about how you access and use the site and your account, including device information, browser information, information about your network connection, your IP address and other information regarding your interaction with www.UNLUCKYKNITS.com. Cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.

LOG STATISTICS

www.UnluckyKnits.com uses log statistics, which means I have a statistics system that gathers information on how many visitors the site has, where they are from, and on which landing page they leave the site and more. The log statistic is only used to improve Unlucky Knits' website.


RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please email contact@unluckyknits.com
You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a claim online through Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
It is prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about cost at least DKK 1,100 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.

You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint by using the following link: http://ec-europa.eu/odr
